This boarding ladder assist handle used on a swim platform, provides a simple solution in ease in climbing aboard. This economical, yet safe and stable grab handle, when mounted in a fishing rod holder will assure reliable support and provide a secure hand hold for helping your guests board safely. Although smaller than the standard Get-a-Grip Grab Handle, these compact handles include the get-a-grip patented locking notch, the same quality UV and strength components, and they are made float.

KAYAK HANDLE USE
Most kayaks have the paddler seated with legs stretched foreword and no way to position the feet under the seat to provide balance and stability to stand up. The kayak assist handle (Model 9) will give the added leverage needed to complete this maneuver safely. Since most kayaks do not come equipped with a flush mounted fishing rod holder, it is suggested to contact your kayak dealer to install this feature. They will know the proper placement of the rod holder to be effective for this use.
